The Alberto Apartments have been built 20 metres above sea level and 300 metres from the sea.
Some 300 metres away there is a kilometric beach, with white sands and transparent uncontaminated water, where marine life flourishes.

All of this is found with less than a three minutes walk. The village of "Morro Jable" is only five minutes away in the other direction.
